About Us
The UK Centre for Legal Education (UKCLE) was established in January 2000 with the aim of promoting the development of learning and teaching in law at both the academic and vocational stages.
UKCLE works with the legal education community with the aim of improving the student learning experience – see UKCLE vision for more.
Following the decision of the Higher Education Academy to discontinue funding to subject centres, the UK Centre for Legal Education will close on 31 July 2011 and the content on this site will not be updated after this date.
