Funding & other support

UKCLE offered funding through a project development fund, teaching resource note funding and a visiting fellowship scheme.

Due to the closure of UKCLE all schemes are now closed.

Please visit the Higher Education Academy website for up to date information about funding opportunities.

Project Development Fund (PDF): grants of £3,000 to £5,000 for small research projects that focused on one or more of our priority areas.

Call for bids 2010-11: we invited applications for one or more projects that focused on our key themes of Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) and/or Student Engagement. Student Engagement for this purpose is defined as any activity in which students are working as active partners in shaping their learning experience.

Teaching Resource Notes (TRN): grants of £1,000 for production of a short (3000 word) practical guide to teaching approaches in law.

Visiting Fellowship Scheme: enabled legal education scholars to be attached to UKCLE as a Visiting Fellow or Visiting Professor (non-stipendiary).
